Lashes

Curl your eyelashes if you have a curler, and then apply one coat of mascara. This removes any eyeshadow that might be sticking to your lashes, and make them blend in better with the false lashes.
Take the thicker pair of false eyelashes out and measure them against your eyes by lining one end of it to the outer corner of your eye. If the other end pokes into the inner corner, trim a little bit and measure again until the lashes can fit comfortbly on your eyes. Repeat with the thinner pair of eyelashes.

Apply a thin line of eyelash glue to the bone of the thick pair of lashes, blow on them a bit so the glue turns tacky, then place them right on your upper lashline. Carefully push them up so they are pointint slightly upwards and more visible.

Check in the mirror for symmetry as usual. If you really need to adjust them, tear them off carefully, refill in any bit of makeup that is removed, put new glue on and try again. I forgot to take pictures of how I apply the glue onto the lashes, so if you need more help on putting the lashes on please take a look at this video.

Apply glue to the thinner pair of lashes, dry the glue a bit, then place the lashes on the lower black eyeline, not your natural lash line. Press them down a bit so they point downwards slightly when they are in place.

As usual, check multiple angles and blink a few times to see if your eyelashes are put on funny. Remove and re-apply if needed.

When all the glue is dried throughoutly, touch up any faded eyeshadow and cover any white glue that is showing with liquid eyeliner.

And there you have it, a full-on Mana makeup! Now clean up the table, wash your hands, put your costume and wig on and strut your stuff!
