Use your liquid eyeliner to go over the black eyelines, making sure to get the corners nice and pointy.

Be careful when you open your eyes after applying eyeliner, make sure it is all dried or you might end up imprinting part of it onto the white part of your lid! Trust me, that happened a lot when I do my own makeup. -____-

Congrats, you are done with the coloring bits of your eye makeup! Take your powder brush and dust off any stray eyeshadow under your eyes, and let's move on.
