Brows and Nose Shading

Pick up your brow pencil, look straight ahead and place the pencil next to your nose. Using the side of your nostril as the anchor point, move the pencil so that it lays over your iris, as shown in the picture. Make a mark at the point where your pencil crosses the top of your eyebrows (or where they are suppose to be if yours are shaved). This will be where the "hill" of your drawn-in eyebrow will be located. Repeat with the other side.

Start drawing in your eyebrows, starting from near your nose at a point lower than where you marked the "hill" before. Draw up to the "hill" point in a straight line, then start sloping back down slightly and end at a point. Experiment with different way to end your eyebrows to go well with the heavy eye makeup; you might end up not following your own eyebrows at all!

Check in the mirror make sure both sides of your eyebrows look symmetrical. And this time I do mean SYMMETRICAL, because lopsided eyebrows looks even more obvious than wonky eyes (as shown in this picture, obviously -____-)

NOTE: Again, the following step is designed for Asian features or people with low bridges on their noses. Most Caucasian can skip this step.

Apply a small amount of black eyeshadow to the sides of your nose between your eyes in a narrow crescent-moon shape. Blend it towards your eyes, as well as up and down your nose

Mana uses the same trick to make his nose look less flat and more Caucasian-looking. It takes some practice to get it to look natural though, and looks a tad bit weird in person but great in photos.
